Just been re reading the concourt case. It seems that the 104 application can only really go to Bengwenyama Minerals given the out come of the case. In fact they had formed a BEE by Sept 06.
NKP has submitted new 104 application
PL says Beng. have NOT submitted new 104 application.
PL says they do NOT have a claim on leases
NKP own 64% of Southern leases
NKP own 74% of Northern leases
