If there is no Anglo issue, I fail to see why NKP would stay in a suspension.

They have 3 farms to go forward with. The BFS must be done and they say they have been drilling Hoepakrantz, so still have drilling results to release to market.
They have next to no chance of getting Nooitverwacht and may have a chance with Eerste Geluk from what you have said.(be it drawn out) Or though why this was not dealt with in the court cases is beyond me.(The last was the highest in the land, and hear say does not cut it)

Why not just get on with it. Get the long awaited Garatouw 282KT and De Kom 252KT BFS out, which should negate some of the down side.
Release the Hoepakrantz drill results (28 holes)
Find a partner for the farms you do have.

It seems to make no sense to not trade because of Nooitverwacht and Eerste Geluk and even less sense to be telling people that these farms are an application away.

It's Genorahs mess. Let them deal with it.
3 Farms of platinum is still pretty dam good.
