Knowing that the council approvals will take time why make statements about set dates for deliverables that clearly arnt achievable. I am a project manger and have been for many years. You never understate deliverable if you know what you are doing. To do so just proves you're inexperience or intention to decieve those that you are reporting to0.
Want to get rich now"- an inappropriate statement IMO. A bit longer?? Been hearing that for 9 months.
I invest to make a small margin and then move on. When incorrect timelines and statements are continually presented to investors it is called deception not patience.
