would think the council would put that into the approval price of application..

accordingly the dust suppression and maintenance grading for upkeep for the haulage period is being taken care of atm..seems they are aware.

Main roads also control a section of the haul route, (One who think and hope the started putting the various applications in months in advance) ?
can you put applications in for things that might not happen and should you ?
one application they couldn't put in advance was the fact they were going to have to use burbank and use a major highway...being sorted now though..

a lot has changed since 18 mths ago , road up and running , some still bitter about past and present council delays etc..but yes it is a waiting game ..i expect august will tell the true story..GLTAH
