I expect so too ..i have spoken to both David Sargeant and Ross over the past few days..and from what info i got i felt that they were frustrated by the delays and want to get this underway asap.. ..they seem to have everything else in order..everything is ready to go ...we/they are just waiting for the council transport approval , which will be approved..so they said.
...once we hear those trucks engines start up in the coming days i expect we will all be smiling..
