G'Day PJ. I agree with altrent's comments on the dramatis personae of PEL. Palermo senior has been associated with quite a number of companies and a few punters were burned over one of his telecom ventures during the dot com boom. This has tended to stick to him a bit.....
You should be aware that the Romblon deal has been about three years in the making. That gives you an idea of the snail''s pace of the redtape merchants.
My understanding is that the recent trip of the principles to the Phillipines was part of the standard routine of mining applications. One of the FINAL requirements.....
