Is it known who is going to do the actual mining on the ground at Chelmsford? Is it Ulwazi Coal or one of the "key minining contractors selected" as mentioned in the 27th July announcement.
I suppose I'm asking if they're yet to sign a mining contractor is the September start realistic?
I don't own any but have been watching, not sure whether I'll buy or not.
