Starts talking about the MTR/MOD event on 20th April about 7'10" in and the potential for the Botswana project. Nice interview. Briefly summarised below for those without audio:
"Very early on but management of both companies understandably very excited".
"key take away from me at this early stage, given results already seen, you could make case that there could be at least 25 mt ore there. With just a bit of success on the step out drilling being undertaken you could pretty easily get it to 50mt at say 1.5% grade plus some silver credits. project like that could begin to ascribe values, number in my head at the moment, just speculation as need a lot more data, but am thinking US$300m project value."
"It's all speculation at this point but you can make some reasonably educated guesses about a project which is high grade, near surface, definitely open pittable, make some rough estimates that I think are relatively conservative, but I think maybe US$300m project value , that number is open to up the provision if we can further expand the resource, or prove up the tenor of the resource and get a slightly better picture of the metallurgy".
"Equates to 12.5p per metal tiger share or 20¢ per MOD share"
"First need to see step out RC holes confirm mineralisation, get grades over significant widths, diamond drilling confirming those grades and providing more details of overall layout of resource. Need to get a better idea of size of the resource."
