sorry but your post has confused me. Unsure what questions and answers you refer to in the second part of your post.
1. The article relating to Andre is indeed the MiningMx link you posted.
2. The response i got from Genorah's lawyers came from Rael Gootkin Partner at Webber Wentzel. He said he had no idea how Andre got a copy of the Concourt correspondence.
3. The correspondence had to have been leaked due to timing of letter and date Andre published it. How would Andre have known it was written and distributed? In my opinion Shapiro most likely sent it to him.
