Good to see the smaller end of the market is merger and acquistions - we need a few mid sized multi mineral and metal mining groups to emerge - this will long term be good for shareholders. Ie a nickel, gold and silver (3 seperate companies) forming one with some cash reserves to pursue expansion. If it is good value for shareholders in TIR then it is a good move.
