The theory is when GIP raises project finance by issuing shares that all shares rise in price, and so will the options. But if GIP messes this up....issues too many shares with free attaching options .....
The positive is the GIP shareprice is edging in the right direction, though volume is terrible here. Just 30,000 traded at 11c. today.
