    I like the bit at the bottom of the story where in reference to the Indian company NMDC & its bid for the Ridley Deposit He is quoted as saying :

    " They didn't actually deny that they had made Atlas that offer ", Flanagan said, refusing to make any further reference to the reports.

    So we can glean from that that an offer is there .
