The current debt and apparently the ongoing hedgeing strategy (both gold and costs) are related. OGC management rightly so, are putting these hedges in place to lower the risk of the debt to ensure profitability above 100% leverege to the gold price. The debt and hedges could be paid out via cash flow and/or capital injection in time.
