What has to happen since it will be well "understood" that commodities have entered a secular bull market after 20 years of downturn in that industry??????
It started when crude bottomed in 1999, next Gold 2000, copper and other base metals the last to bottom out in 2003......
Talking about "valuation"
It is good to know each day 4 fully loaded 25 to trucks with concentrates > 50% Cu are departing from Dik totally unhedged. At current price levels (silver is also recovering strongely lately...) this easily could mean 10 million US $ mining profit this quarter alone, or on a 12 months trailing basis 40 mln...
Even more importantly this means Anvil have finally some financial means and power to fast track certain growth initiatives with own means (instead of being dependent to conduct expensive raptious debt deals or giving shares away WAY too cheap to "sophiscated shareholders"...i do hope both is past).
Assuming Anvil will be a > 100K to producer in 4-5 years with valuable silver and cobalt by credits this should coincide with a Mcap of 500 mln $ US and since stock markets anticipate and Anvil may well achieve that target production profile earlier i expect such "fair" valuation being materialized sometime during 2007, which then in dependence of further dilution equals a stock target price between 2 - 3 A $.
So i do not care whether Anvil might retrace from resistance (or is it support by now?) of 0,60 to say 0,50 or jumps to 0,75 shortterm when i believe i have a very good case to hold 3 years for 300-500 % (and all this does not include any additional upside from new deals/ventures, only Dik and the two Copperbelt JV`S incorporated in my model).
