Don't you remember the world before capped plans? I just started using Skype and have been phoning all over the planet for 2.9c per minute. In the US recently I sat in Bryant Park a WiFi zone and did the same thing with free internet. I have a linksys wireless internet phone.
When the ULL hits $17 per month you will have international operators here giving you ADSL with free phone calls. In New York I found that I could phone landlines for free with Skype. How will TLS handle that!
