three cheers for helen c00nan. My opinion on Helen Coonan is that she is a brilliant prospect for PM overlooked because of her gender. I think she has stopped this country falling into disrepute by refusing to destroy the credibility of the regulatory authority created by legislation by crushing it to suit the share price of a public company.
We have the telecommunications environment created for competition. Fibre or high priced monthly ULL just subsidises and re-creates the monopoly.
Three cheers for the government that does not bow to the pressure of American standover tactics for once.
