Your answer lies here:

Exergen's CHTD has been stated as a preferred fuel source for DICE, but Ignite also have their own BCE tech as well which can be used.
The beauty of CHTD is that it uses primarily gravity, pressure and heat at depth for hydrothermal dewatering of BC decarboxylating more than other shearing, mastication, pressing, pelletising, etc. processes.
Ignite's process is quite energy intensive whereas CHTD uses 2% of the inherent energy within the brown coal to convert it to a BCE.
Again, CSIRO have tested CHTD along side other BCE's for DICE.
Greg Hunt has publicly mentioned DICE as an avenue to reduce CO2 emissions by 50% in the LV and an overall emission reduction of 5% by 2020.
I'd be pretty comfortable being mentioned and referred to in that company.
On the other hand, I'd be pretty nervous if I hadn't been mentioned or referred to at all...especially recently.
