illiquid stocks like KFE act as we are currently seeing.
the same way we're seeing the SP drop to current levels.....
.... is what will see the SP rocket when the time comes to new highs.
In addition, mining speculators tend to rise faster than they fall which is usually a slower process.
id suggest any1 wanting to build a parcel not try and play the waiting game, IMO.
