The problem with the Haib example is that it is one of those Namibian deposits that everyone keeps talking about but is very low grade so difficult to commercialise. An Aussie firm had great plans for it in the 1990s- Namibian Copper- and now Haib rights are held by a Canadian outfit Afri-Can which has done a number of deals with ostensible BEE concerns.
