    Carbon Energy has also experienced the DERM process this year (eg CNX's announcement 29/11/2010: http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20101129/pdf/31v6z4cq2kmxnd.pdf )

    DERM has been 'protractive' (as Cougar likes to express it) with CXY, and with CNX so it seems. But, yes, it is worth questioning Cougar's management. Notably, Carbon Energy (which announced a $20 million dollar placement today)is yet to receive a date to start ignition of its Panel 2, looks like it may be sometime in January (probably 17th Jan. the way this is being played out).
