That sums it up doesn't it. Maybe we should start protesting against paying taxes, better yet have a local referendum, should we pay less taxes, as all the benefits stay in the city? That's a yes for me, and I would have to say a vast majority of people in this region would vote thatvway giving a result closer to 100% than 90. But I guess we don't have much of a choice, we have to leave it up to our elected governments to make the right decisions, even though a lot us disagree with the decisions they make.
