Proving my point for me?
If anything the science regarding CSG mining is far more equivocal now than it was when Hartcher mmade his speech and community opposition is growing rapidly. Based on his own words one would assume Hartcher (and presumably his Alliance colleagues) would be putting an end to rthe CSG mining industry. I would ask what has changed as the science and popular opinion are more opposed than ever.
