Apparently Mr Ed had concerns about the share price being low, which is why he avoided following the usual “formal process” and instead opted to issue an informal announcement publicly signalling his intention to reject the project while the companies were still trading which then tanked the share price even further. Then he requested further information as to why the share price is so low because it reflects badly on the company’s financial capacity. Sarcasm intended.
