It is frustrating but logic suggests that Husic is re-using what Scomo used last time (which personally gives me great comfort). The OPGGS Act hasn't changed, the Department officials that prepare the brief haven't changed, so the possibility of Husic coming up with something new, or something different to Scomo seems highly unlikely. I think the stuff that was released under the Federal Court bundle is a good chance of being what is now in front of the Minister, and therefore formed the basis of the correspondence to Asset. JMO.
