    Didn't Ellison say something about needing AGO's port capacity so he could build some sort of 'pressure shed', and tied that to the Wodgina/lithium supply chain being his motivation for pursuing Atlas in the first place?

    Not really my arena, but that sounds a lot like 'environmental compliance' at a multi-use port.
