reading at a report from reefton mining dated 7/4/2005 it states that-the permanent secretary,the director of mines and the mining commissioner of the ministry of mines and energy of NAMIBIA have provided the company with written assurances that the prospecting licences covering the Erongo project epl2805-2811 and the sceleton coast diamond project epl2698-2700 remain valid till the determination of the renewal of the above licences,i'm not quiet sure about the meaning of all this so could someone please ring the above mentioned people in the various departments?he are the contact numbers.
