    Happy to be wrong but I reckon this will turn out to be about the US$40 million debt from CRDB being finalised.

    I think the US$270 million figure quoted is public relations style spruiking the entire amount involved in getting the project (stage1) up and running. As in what a great thing it is that the project is injecting a large amount of money into Tanzania.

    Lets see Monday.
