IMO the Chinese Government are definitely in the background. Back when there was excitement with the YXGC and SQZG deals the Chinese Government stepped in and delayed proceedings so they could get a better look at Ancuabe. Because the graphite that YXGC tested from TON was the best expandable graphite in the world and in the opinion of many including respected local Mozmet it came from Ancuabe.
This expandable graphite had a use in Nuclear refineries and when the Chinese Government requested the delay to assess Ancuabe the reason given was "National Security". Now they have their hands on it!!
