I don't agree it is fair value. I think it is a predatory offer in the hope it goes through. Don't forget Minmetals tried the same with OZL then upped the offer. I think the same will happen here with EQN. I think fair value is more like $9

I wonder what the long term implications for OZL would be if it goes through. A state backed chinese supplier of copper to what is tipped to be the biggest market in the future(China). Will that hurt OZL's long term future and allow price manipulation?
