    Is great weather. Just when I am going on leave too.

    Why $9? I am giving EQN a current price of around $7 which is around what they were trading at before their takover attempt of Ludin. Factor in a 30% premium for MM takeover and you get around $9

    All approximate stuff and guesses, and I supp[ose "feel". No science so don't rely on it.

    My point really is that I don't see MM's bid as a serious takeover attempt but more of a strategic ploy.
