    All that tells me is that Minmetals doesn't want to spend money on legal fees to prepare the circular until they get an acceptable agreement with Gecamines.
    At least on Monday night we will get the Sept quarterly report from Anvil - that will tell us a very big story - if they haven't declared 'Commercial Production' as yet then the P&L will be breakeven(no mine revenue or expenses)but deep in the MD&A it will tell us what the mine surplus was as it will be credited against Mine Development.
