    Im of the strong belief that finance has been deliberately delayed until the USA sorts out it backyard. As soon as confidence returns, I suspect the flow of news will begin. I suggest this is a good move to raise at a much higher price. 2013 will be our year. I'll be glad to see the end of 2012 and continue to buy ready for the start of good things to come.
