Seconday target showing minor hydrocrabons usually means that there is an active seal in place over the primary (sub) target with relatively little migration to the next trap.
I doubt there is an exhaustion in migration from the primary target given the geology of nearby fields.
The hydrocarbon source has to come from somewhere, and I recall flamingo are not the primary sands.
I noticed OEX got in the top 100 possible best buys for substantial returns in 2010 in the weekend Australian (rates as seculative)...
