minor issues??

I was looking back at the activities update that the company gave us on 11 Feb and the reasons they gave us for the delay.

Along with reasons such as PF is new entry to Australia etc i think the most significant part we need to look at is the comment that they are working through "minor issues" which should be easily resolvable(..or similar, sorry i havnt got the exact document at hand).

What could these "minor issues" be?
Are these "minor issues" not so minor?
Could the company expand on these "minor issues" to SH without effecting confidentially issues?

Whatever these "minor issues" are, it seems they could be what is holding this entire thing up.....mabye not so minor??

Any thoughts???
