    GoldStone announces that Jonathan Best, who was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 8 October 2012, was appointed Chairman with effect from 7 December 2012. Gennen McDowall, formerly Chairman of the Company, has stepped down from the Board.

    The Board would like to thank Gennen for his significant contribution to GoldStone's development.
