PCE holds the intellectual property rights to some brilliant Australian technology ex UNSW - the vandium redox battery - that has boundless potential in the renewable energy market (as amply demonstrated in the recently commissioned King Island wind power project by Tasmanian Hydro) if only it can unshackle itself from the inertia of the present utterly ineffective board of directors.
