A couple of interesting insights from the article that is very revealing about Mr Ainsworth current thinking:
(i) He seems conscious of the interests of employees, but no mention of minority shareholders.
(ii) He is already calling the shots on his wife's holding by saying that any other bidder wouldn't get their hands on it. And yet those shares may be permitted to be voted upon re the proposed sale, hardly equitable and reasonable.
