You have completely nailed what every single one of us minority shareholders are frustratedly thinking.
While our Board are beholden to the greediest family on the face of the planet nothing much will, I suspect change for the good.
It is borderline criminal the lack of action from our Board IMO all while drawing a very good salary.
Where are their fiduciary responsibilities to ALL SHAREHOLDERS we might ask!
Based on their pitiful performance to date we can expect an announcement very soon slowing things down considerably due to the war in Ukraine or some other equally distant happening.
We can but wait even a bit longer for developments with Flinders, who knows we could be in for very interesting times in the near future.
