minority shareholder rights

Jonas, I dont think under the current team we are going to find out!
Its sad to post this post, as I have, for the past 14 years, been a loyal shareholder!

However, as minority shareholders our shareholding is being dramatically diluted (nearly a 4 times dilution in the past 6-10 years), we have suffered a share price which has fallen to 1/20th of what it was 6-10 years ago.....
yet the management/board remains the same, at the shareholders meetings very few shareholders attend and nobody votes against the majority shareholders who, face it, arent having such a hard time like the minority shareholders, they are not taking pay cuts, they are not cutting their share opitions, shares are still being issued to them for no consideration...
I'd like to see them earn 10 fold what they are, but only if we see some results, some clear strategy, some appreciation that its not their company, but it belongs to the minority shareholders who have funded the operations our of hard earned savings and patiently waited for something to happen!
Maybe as a start we need to voice our concerns, request that they slim down the board and vote out the director up for election at the next shareholders meeting next month...as minority shareholders we need to become more active as I fear we have been forgotten.
