I believe you need to pay a person for his labour, you can't deny them their fair pay for services rendered, so I'm troubled about voting against their pay (i.e. The directors were not paid their agreed salary, so are taking shares in it's place), but maybe the company doesn't need such a big board of directors at this stage & that's why I am rather going to vote against the re election of the one director up for re-election (Taylor), maybe, if we are not successful this year, there will be another vote next year, maybe the momentum will pick up amongst the minority shareholders
