I think if MIN does in fact own 5% from buying on market, you would expect they would get offered 5% of any future raising to maintain their percentage.
James McClements is a bit conflicted here to be too generous to CE with any placements, but he won’t/can’t stop MinRes building a strategic position on market …he just needs to be seen playing a straight bat to all.
WildCat shareholders obviously want the value to be materially built before allowing corporates into a control position … so joint ventures on different project areas may be a way of addressing that. (I.E. free carried 50% to production)
Wildcat have multiple locations away from Tabba Tabba with serious lithium potential
