The change in status should be notified to the JV partner, NWE.
It would then be up to NWE to make an assessment whether or not to make an announcement.
Even though MIN controls NWE the JV is definitely still there, along with the JV agreement which they have to stick to.
Enormous pain in the arse for MIN.
Nothing has changed re obligations, costs etc for JV EXCEPT the biggie which is needing NWE agreement to do anything is now a given.
