When would MinRes -or any other entity- make a move on Stx?
If seems to me the ideal time would be after SW2 result is known including flow test-BUT well before the TPD t/o 'effective date' in mid December.
This then assumes no entity including MinRes will move against Tpd.
In other words all potential suitors will want Stx to succeed to get rid of the dag end of Tpd.
So about early Nov?
Then Tpd s/hers see Stx price rise and want to get onboard.
Same plan that worked so well on Wgo.
