The 2021 election was unprecedented in almost every metric. Liberals won 2 seats in the whole state. Labor increased its vote by 17.7%?
Covid was an interesting time and the hard border was an emotional policy that the Liberals completely underestimated when they opposed it.
Things are back to normal, no one love Roger Cook and the Liberals will be promising alot of things that they have previously neglected in their traditional safe seats.
All that means is that the election is by no means secure and Labor will have to be very careful about making politically sensitive policy changes. The reservation policy is just that. They should know they were on the winning end of what happens when you don't read the room.
Add in the draconian gun laws, the rushed and redacted heritage laws, the fight against our public servants pay increase, fishing bans, breathe testing on boats etc and there is not much love left.

All I am saying is I wouldn't put money on a change to the current policy.
