I may be missing something here, but I do not understand how MIN...

I may be missing something here, but I do not understand how MIN "have the gas now". They are a just a shareholder, just like us. They may have 20%, but they are still a shareholder. This does not mean they "have the gas". Or if it does, does it mean I can ring up EGO as a shareholder and ask them to fill up my gas bottles for me? I don't think so. My understanding is all MIN have is a percentage of EGO and that is all. They do not have access to any of our gas unless they try negotiate an agreement with EGO. Otherwise to own the gas they need to own the company, which means a TO this time next month. Bring it on.

Just my thoughts, please correct me if I am not understanding something here.
