Hi Omega, that's why I find it intriguing on why they do not appear to have paid that final instalment to get to 90% as it was clearly outlined in the prospectus the intention was to pay it and then hold off on the final 10% until CGT was resolved. So something appears either to have changed in relation to it specifically or in regard to general level of financial commitments, meaning they were unable to pay it. Unless they have paid it of course, but doesn't look like it as VA document has us at 80% I believe and still don't think a 3b was issued for the Grafex shares that also would have needed to be issued.
Anyway, just have to wait and see.
