So on the Congo side, mining permits approved, but not yet sent to Parliament "for consideration and adoption."

IMO, this sounds like 10% of the 20% that was still to be done on the African side.

My own thoughts are, ANS probably won't release any new news until this and the other "10%" is passed through on the Cameroonian side.
