10MTPA is low though compared to the amount (ten times that) proposed to be carried on the Nabeba-Kribi line.
Perhaps some of the other mines along the Southern route are to be included - in a modular fashion as the article indicates.
The Nabeba-Kribi line could add in Nkout and several other Northern opportunities, whilst the Southern picks up MTPA from interior mine sites not yet developed. It doesn't have to be Iron Ore either. Plenty of other minerals to be processed through a mineral terminal in Point-Noire. The mighty Zanaga is half-way along that line you drew.
Alexandre Mbiam already mentioned the possible start of another project within 6 years...and this is a 50-year project scope we're looking at.
