The MinXray 100 weighs in at 90lbs and appears to use conventional X-ray tubes from other Japanese manufacturers. You can buy one for USD 20,000. Not sure how that compares with pricing, but the Micro-X may well have the technology advantage with the CNT based imaging tube and high reliability.
