What wasn't clear in yesterday's 'AFR' report (apart from whether there's still any chance of a bidding war) was if any proposed takeover will be simply cash (not my preferred option) or cash plus a scrip component in some new entity.
Maybe Bridget Carter in 'Data Room' in 'The Oz' will suss this out.
